Seniors and Driving

For most of us, driving is an essential part of our everyday life. But when is it time to give up the keys? If you've noticed a change in your driving ability or if others have made remarks about your driving, it might be time to have an independent evaluation.

Our driver rehabilitation specialist will be able to work with you independently or in conjunction with family members or your health care provider to help keep you driving for as long as it remains safe. A driving evaluation can be accomplished in about 2 hours and will give you, family members or your health care provider a good starting point for deciding if it's time to stop driving or if perhaps some special training or even some special equipment could be used to keep you in the driver's seat longer. Our goal is to help drivers continue driving safely for as long as possible.

How do I start?

Just give us a call at 614-777-1762 to schedule a driving evaluation. This can usually be scheduled within a week. At the conclusion of the session you or someone you choose will be provided a written summary of the evaluation including any recommendations.

How much does it cost?

The initial evaluation including the written summary report is $149. Additional training is done on an hourly basis according to the type of training and equipment required.
